This project is going to host two families as main residences. However, our approach was to create a condition of relaxation and rest taking advantage of the special location of the plot. The building is made of reinforced concrete but with innovative heating, ventilation and solar solutions, classifying it in the highest energy category. The orientation of the building and its large openings offer a special view of the historic Bridge and the river. Respecting the historical background of the area and offering a modern lifestyle with a low energy footprint.
