The apartment building is located in the city of Arta, specifically in the area of Trigono. This particular proposal was born from the need to create multi-purpose apartments flexible for any form of habitation. So the present composition resulted from the retreat of volumes and levels to satisfy this condition. This morphology gives the observer a sense of movement, deconstructing the conventional depthless view of the Greek apartment building. It thus offers an outward-looking housing and a socialization of its users. Finally, the white colours used in the masonry and the balustrades of the projecting balustrades on the façade give the impression of a ship. One could say of a floating habitation.
